Terms & Conditions - The Champions Offer

By participating in The Champions Offer (‘Contest’), , the Consumer confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions outlined herein. This Contest is an entertainment and promotional activity which is being rolled out by Apollo Tyres Ltd. (‘ATL / Company’) having its corporate office at Plot No. 7 Institutional Area, Sector 32, Gurugram–122001, Haryana. The Contest validation and Consumer participation is being managed by 28th Avenue Media and Communications Private Limited (‘Service Provider’).

To be eligible for this Contest, you need to confirm to us that you (‘Consumer’) have purchased at least one Apollo Tyre offered for sale by the Company in India (“Tyre/Product”) during the Contest period effective from 7 th December 2025 till 31st March 2026or until stocks last, whichever is earlier (‘Contest Period’).

For the sake of clarity, the Contest will run for each cricket match organized / conducted by BCCI, involving the Indian National Cricket team, during the Contest Period and prizes will accordingly be provided to Winners of each such phase of the Contest, subject to the terms and conditions hereunder. This Contest is valid for Consumers who purchase Tyre(s) from any authorized distributor of ATL during the Contest Period in India. This Contest is not valid in / to Consumers in the State of Tamil Nadu.

The Contest is subject to the following terms and conditions mentioned herein.

Terms for participation:

• To participate in the Contest, Consumer must complete the following steps:

  a. Purchase a Tyre from the authorized distributor of ATL during the Contest Period.

  • Bike Tyre Purchases: Consumers purchasing a minimum of one (1) Apollo Tyre (“Bike Tyre”) shall be eligible to participate in the Contest through the QR code-based entry mechanism and may qualify to win BCCI match tickets (for matches organised / conducted by BCCI during the Contest Period) (“Match Tickets”) or stand a chance to meet the players as per the Winner Selection criteria defined herein.
  • Car Tyre Purchases: Consumers purchasing a minimum of four (4) Apollo Tyres (“Car Tyres”) shall:
    • i. Receive an assured Gift Scratch Card (“Scratch Card”) at the time of purchase; and
    • ii. Additionally, be eligible to participate in the QR code-based entry mechanism and may qualify to win Match Tickets or stand a chance to meet the players as per the Winner Selection criteria defined herein, similar to the Bike Tyre purchasers.

  b. Scan the QR code displayed at dealer outlet and visit the link: https://apollotyreschampionsoffer.in (the “Official Platform”)

  c. Complete the registration form with required details (name, email, phone number, Invoice number, etc.) and upload the clear and legible documents such as invoice copy, etc within 24 hours of purchase.

  d. Consumers purchasing Car Tyres must also enter the unique Scratch Card Coupon Code in the designated field on the Official Platform at the time of registration to validate eligibility for assured Gift and Contest entry.

  e. Accept these Terms and Conditions along with ATL’s Privacy Policy (available at: https://www.apollotyres.com/en-in/privacy-notice/) (‘Privacy Policy’).

  f. Provide OTP based authentication.

  g. Correctly answer the Contest question(s) displayed on the Official Platform;

  h. Only entries submitted through the Official Platform will be accepted.

• Purchases made before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
• Participation in the Contest is open to Consumers who satisfy the following “Eligibility Criteria”

  a. Are Indian Citizens of age 18 years or more

  b. This Contest is not open for participation to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs).

  c. Please note the employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of the Company and its group companies may participate in the Contest but are not eligible to receive benefits of the Contest.

• The Consumer is solely responsible for ensuring that the above-mentioned purchase invoice uploaded on the said landing page is authentic, not tampered with, clear, legible, and shows the relevant details, including the purchase date, tyre model, invoice number, dealer name and address, and the Consumer's name. Consumer’s information as provided via the said landing page will be subject to Privacy Policy( https://www.apollotyres.com/en-in/privacy-notice/)
• Benefits of the Contest are non-transferable and you agree and acknowledge that no substitution will be made / permitted, except at ATL’s / Service Provider’s sole discretion.
• This Contest is not applicable on claimed tyres under Warranty Policy / re-treaded Tyres.

Validation:

The Service Provider will validate entries within 7 working days of submission. The internal validation includes verification of purchase, invoice details, dealer details, eligibility review, and answer confirmation. The Winner will be contacted by ATL / Service Provider. No disputes will be entertained once validation is complete. Consumer agrees that they are solely responsible for routinely checking communications from the Service Provider / ATL, at the WhatsApp number / email ID provided by them and shall not hold the Service Provider / ATL responsible for any discrepancies in this regard (including wrong WhatsApp number / email ID being provided, email(s) going to spam, etc.)

Winner Selection:

• The Consumer understands and agrees that the Service Provider / ATL may contact them for additional information or documentation, if required for verification purposes. Failure of contact between the Consumer and ATL/ Service Provider for any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to emails going to spam, WhatsApp messages not being responded to, loss of phone, etc.) may result in forfeiture of the Consumer’s eligibility for participation / validation.
• Once all purchases have been validated by the Service Provider, the Winners will receive a WhatsApp message / email, through the contact information / email IDs provided by the Consumer to the Service Provider / ATL, specifying the details of the prize.

Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

The first two (2) qualifying entries strictly meeting all of the above criteria will be declared winners. In the event there are more than 2 qualifying entries that meet the above criteria, the winners will be selected through a random draw or randomizer tool from among the tied qualifying entries.

Results will be announced 4 days prior to the applicable match date. The Company’s decision in all matters relating to winner determination and the Contest shall be final and binding.

Rewards & Recognition:

• Eligible winners shall receive BCCI Match Tickets and/or applicable Contest rewards as communicated by the Company which need to be collected from ATL contact person designated in the respective city where the relevant match is ongoing.
• Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, benefit, alternative product or credit.
• Assured Gift (Applicable only for Car Tyre Purchases) provided via Scratch Card at the time of purchase.
• Contest-Based Reward (Applicable for both Bike and Car Tyre Purchases) determined based on skill and evaluation criteria.

Scratch Card Offer Terms (Applicable only for Car Tyre Purchases)

• Consumers purchasing Car Tyres (minimum 4 tyres) will receive an Assured Gift Scratch Card at the time of purchase in accordance with the Scratch Card Offer.
• Each scratch card contains one assured merchandise item. The gift revealed on the card is final and cannot be exchanged, substituted, returned, or replaced under any circumstances.
• The scratch card and corresponding assured gift offer are valid until 31 December 2025 and must be redeemed within 24 hours of tyre purchase. Consumers returning after 24 hours of purchase shall not be eligible to redeem the assured gift.
• Consumers must present the original purchase invoice to redeem the assured gift. No gift shall be issued in the absence of a valid invoice.
• The assured gift is non-transferable, non-encashable, and non-refundable, whether in part or full.
• ATL makes no representation, guarantee, or warranty regarding the quality, warranty, design, appearance, safety, durability, suitability, merchantability, availability, or performance of the assured gift. Apollo Tyres Limited is not liable to repair, replace, or compensate for any gift.
• Lost, stolen, tampered, damaged or misplaced scratch cards shall not be replaced under any circumstances, and no alternate benefit will be provided.
• ATL reserves the right to cancel, withdraw, modify, or suspend the scratch card offer at any time without prior notice for any reason deemed appropriate by the Company.
• The decision of ATL relating to eligibility, redemption, fulfilment, or interpretation of the scratch card offer shall be final and binding on all participants.

Match Tickets - Prize Delivery & Conditions :

• Winners will be notified by WhatsApp/email on the registered mobile number/email ID provided at the time of participation, at least four (4) days prior to the scheduled Match.
• Winners will be required to confirm acceptance of the Prize (by calling ATL / Service Provider on the number provided in the notification message / email) within 48 hours of receiving the notification, failing which the Prize may be forfeited.
• If the Winner does not collect the Match Tickets atleast 24 hours before the scheduled match, ATL has the right to have the same re-allocated.
• Match Tickets do not include travel, accommodation, meals, or any other incidental expenses. All such costs shall be solely borne by the Winner.
• Meet the team: Winners shall be provided with air tickets from their nearest airport (in terms of distance (in KMs)) to the city of the match. ATL shall also bear the boarding / lodging for the Winner.
• The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative benefit. No request for substitution or change of Prize shall be entertained.
• Winners may be required to produce a valid Government-issued ID, the original purchase invoice uploaded at the time of registration, and any other documentation reasonably required for verification before Prize handover.
• The Company and/or the Service Provider shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, or rescheduling of the IPL match by event organizers, broadcasters, venue authorities, or any third-party agency, or on account of any force majeure event. In the event of such circumstances, no replacement benefit, refund, or compensation shall be provided.
• If the Winner is found ineligible at any stage or has participated using fraudulent or incorrect information, the Prize shall stand cancelled without any further liability and may be allotted to the next eligible participant.

Data Accuracy & Collection:

By taking part and/or entering into the Offer the Consumer warrants that all information provided by the Consumer regarding their name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete. The personal data collected will be used for the purposes of contacting the Winner and arranging Prize distribution including but not limited to our various remarketing activities through which we like to disseminate information about our various products and services, improving our sales and marketing activities and overall analysis of our internal processes. By participating in this Offer you consent to the collection, processing and use of your personal data. Disclaimer:

• ATL reserves the right to modify or extend the Contest at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding the Contest or its terms and conditions, the decision of ATL shall be final and binding.
• By participating in the Contest, the Consumer agrees to comply with these terms and conditions and any other requirements specified by ATL from time to time.
• You shall not hold ATL and/or its service providers including but not limited to Match organisers liable or accountable in any way for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or death or property loss or damage arising from your participation in the Contest.
• These terms and conditions are provided as a general guideline and may be modified to meet the requirements of the ATL without prior notice. Consumers agree to routinely check these terms and conditions to keep themselves informed of any such change.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, ATL reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Contest for any reasons whatsoever without any liability of obligations.
• ATL reserves the sole right to take a decision in any contingency which is not covered by the present Terms and Conditions. In any such event, decision of ATL shall be final and binding.
• BCCI Match Tickets refer to matches organised by BCCI involving the Indian National Men’s Team in India.

Liability:

• By participating in the Contest, Consumer agree to release and hold harmless ATL and Service Provider for technical failures, delays, or interruptions affecting participation and overall, from any liability, claim, or damage arising out of or in connection with participation or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
• ATL and Service Provider shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages related to participation, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Any travel undertaken as part of the Contest is at the Winner’s own risk. The Company and Service Provider will not provide travel insurance and/or tickets.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Company reserves the right to postpone, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest for any reason whatsoever without any liability or obligations.
• Company and Service Provider solely have the right to take a decision in any contingency which is not covered by the present Terms and Conditions. In any such event, decision of Company shall be final and binding.
• ATL and its affiliates make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of information under this Contest and are not liable for any errors or losses arising from its use. By participating, you agree to indemnify ATL and its affiliates against any related claims or damages.

Acceptance

Participation in the Contest constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana
